It’s no secret that this pandemic has taken a toll on many business, small and large!
In my case, it’s been particularly challenging getting my 10-12 month old babies to warm up during their cake smash sessions. Am I surprised? No way!!
These babies have spent the entire last year with mostly just their immediate family, and haven’t socialized much with the outside world! When they come to see me, they are completely caught off guard, and of course with the mask ordinance adding the extra element of weirdness.
Sometimes it just takes a lot of patience, trial and error, youtube, and at the very worst, try again another day. No matter what, I am determined to capture images that you will love! It’s totally ok if your sweetie isn’t smiling. Sometimes those wide eyed, and curious expressions steal the show!
